People who are continuously exposed it may have impaired lung function, such as the traffic police. The purpose of this study is to find the relationship exposure of CO, SO2, total dust, and tenure with lung function disorders on the traffic police. The study was a cross sectional with the subjects were Banjarmasin\u2019s Traffic Policeman. The sampling procedure using simple random sampling predefined by inclusion and exclusion criteria with a sample of 45 units traffic police. The study were conducted at the place of work unit Banjarmasin\u2019s Traffic Police and Company Hyigiene and Occupational Health Office in South Kalimantan. The result shows that there are no relationship between exposure of CO (p:0.663&gt;\u03b1), SO2 (p:0718&gt;\u03b1), total dust (p:0221&gt;\u03b1) and tenure (p:0185&gt;\u03b1) with obstructive pulmonary functions disorders, there are no relationship between exposure of CO (p:0972&gt;\u03b1), SO2 (p:0565&gt;\u03b1), total dust (p:0.929&gt;\u03b1) and tenure (p:0706&gt;\u03b1) with restrictive pulmonary functions disorders.
